The concept comes from Captain Speedy's time in Malaysia, when during the victorian period, Malaysia was rich in resources that it became a British colony. Since the collection of resources required alot of manpower, Malaysia, at that time, gathered laborers from different countries. Slowly, the various ethnic groups influenced each other and formed a unique cultural fusion, especially with the Western influence.

The illustration is influenced by the integration of cultures, so it can be seen that the design is full of patterens of different cultures, symbolizing the multiculturalism of Malaysia and the harmony of various races, the picture is Captain Speedy who has made a lot of contributions to the development of Malaysia, including the establishment of Taiping Lake. on his right is the national flower of Malaysia, which also symbolizes the brave Captain Speedy, and on other sides is the scene of tin mining.
